Ecstatic Dance Sundays~ with Amalia

Join us for a soundscape of musical genres and sonic waves of tempos that allow you to dance into a full spectrum of free form conscious dance. Free of substances, phones, camera/videos, scents, expectations and judgments- this is a safe container to feel your emotions and let go in body, mind and spirit. For some the dance is a form of emotional therapy, for some a connection with the community, for others a form of exercise, spiritual practice or prayer or all of the above in one experience. We will start off with an opening circle, followed by a deep dive into the dance experience and winding down into a closing circle. Dress to allow for full range of motion and to sweat! All welcome with no dance experience necessary but do bring an open mind, a curious spirit, and a body ready to dance!
