Welcome to Ecstatic Dance Temple! The first celebration of the year amigos!!! This is a unique opportunity to dance with Pablo Gascon in Gothenburg, collaborating with Jaandree Borelius. Pablo is the founder and creator of Temple Dance Project, one of the most eminent Ecstatic Dance DJ in Stockholm right now. He will guide a movement workshop for 30 min to warm up and loose up our bodies, following by 1.5h hours playing to transport everyone into a unique trance voyage, creating a really safe and fun space to connect. ✨❤️✨ We'll be delighted having Jaandree Borelius guiding us through some connecting exercises to meet your self & others in authenticity in the beginning of our journey, to land with our selves and eachother in a safe and authentic, curious space! My life is a path of discovery and of being in service by supporting others in different ways. It’s been shown by me starting and running different charity organizations, working as a mentor and coach for youth, through creating safe and explorative spaces for others to be in both work wise and in my private life. The last eight years I’ve been dedicated to the path of spirituality and healing work trained in tantric arts and as a tantra therapist and de-armourer, an energy worker with my roots and home base in Gothenburg. Yoga was my way of finding a deep inner balance from all productivity. Today I’m a yoga teacher and Breathworker, with a socialworker background with therapy, coaching, organization development and empowerment- social mobilization work Through tantra I’ve been able to meet my self beyond conditioning, starting to fully meet my self and show up for my self. Allowing others to se my vulnerability, to let go being okay with being held by others. Now I want to support others to find that authentic love and awareness in themselves. Today, I hold regular yoga and meditation classes in Gothenburg, as well as facilitating workshops in embodied femininity (cacao ceremonies, rituals, dance, self-love, etc.) tantra practices (concious touch, wheel of concent, couple rituals etc.), in Gothenburg and the world as playground. Iv been facilitating various ceremonies, workshops and circles. Co-creating the Love temple at Ängsbacka tantra festival and facilitating different workshops. My aim is to create spaces for people to meet in authenticity. So we can allow our selves to be fully seen, to be fully free daring to see without judgment and comparison. I want to create a space for you to find yourself in freedom, trust and love. My vision is specially to create more open, representative and inclusive space for LGBTQ people and racified people. I believe that we, by being in our bodies in full presence, can meet ourselves, unveiling, releaseing, healing and expanding, in ourselves and with others. I believe that our deepest potential for healing is built into our bodies, if we dare to tune in, to listen and to be.
