Ecstatic Dance - The Metal

***** (English Version Below) ***** Partiamo per un viaggio alla scoperta di noi stessi attraverso il contatto con gli elementi naturali, il 1 maggio con il Metallo e successivamente i quattro elementi fondamentali della natura: Terra, Acqua, Fuoco e Aria. La simbologia dei Quattro Elementi costitutivi della Natura è presente in tutte le maggiori tradizioni del pianeta, occidentali e orientali, spesso con un "quinto elemento" che li armonizza. Tutti questi elementi esistono dentro di noi e muovono le dinamiche di creazione-preservazione-distruzione dell’universo. In ogni incontro conosceremo un elemento, cominciando con una meditazione dinamica di BioTransEnergetica, per proseguire con la celebrazione del ballo consapevole dell'Ecstatic Dance e terminando con una meditazione. Nella prima meditazione di BioTransEnergetica contatteremo l'elemento incorporando la forza dell’archetipo connesso, secondo la tradizione sciamanica afro-brasiliana. Celebreremo poi l'elemento, tramite l'Ecstatic Dance, il nuovo modo di vivere la musica e la libertà, conoscendo se stessi e lo spazio intorno, liberando l'energia, esprimendosi liberamente. La parte conclusiva permetterà ad ognuno di noi di riprendere il contatto con il proprio corpo e respiro dopo la danza libera ed espressiva. Un momento per notare il cambiamento e prendere coscienza di se stessi. Rappresenta la forza che ti apre la strada lungo il cammino evolutivo. Nella tradizione afro-brasiliana è rappresentata dall’archetipo di Ogun, guerriero indomito. La forza del metallo è lo slancio all’azione che aiuta ad esprimere la propria verità, a mettere i giusti confini e a prendersi ciò che ci spetta dalla vita, sempre in contatto con il proprio cuore.
