Ecstatic Dance Trieste celebra la Luna di maggio dedicata ai Fiori, con un viaggio sonoro raccontato da DiscoorsettO, assieme al movimento di Cristiana Fusillo e la meditazione guidata da Kaartik. Ecstatic Dance è una music movement community mondiale che rigenera il dancefloor della discoteca in uno spazio consapevole, senza alcol. Un'esperienza meditativa a piedi nudi per trasformare il nostro modo di essere e riportare alla luce la nostra autenticità. 💐Tutti possono partecipare (anche i bambini) nel rispetto di queste semplici Linee guida: • Muoviti come vuoi nello spazio • A piedi nudi o con le calze • Comunica con il corpo senza parlare • Non usare sostanze chimiche ne alcol Ad accendere il movimento Venerdì 24.05.24 c'è il Warm up di Cristiana Fusillo dove il respiro ci trasformerà e prenderà contatto con lo spirito animale. L'Opening Ceremony è una meditazione guidata da Kaartik per focalizzare l'intento connettendo corpo, cuore e mente. Il viaggio sonoro di Ecstatic Dance sarà facilitato da DiscoorsettO per attraversare orizzonti, sospinti dal plenilunio Sagittariano percorrendo mappe e sentieri musicali verso l'altrove. Ecstatic Dance Trieste celebrates the Full Moon of May dedicated to Flowers, with a sound journey narrated by DiscoorsettO, together with movement by Cristiana Fusillo and meditation with Kaartik. Ecstatic Dance is a worldwide music movement community that regenerates the disco dancefloor in a sacred, alcohol-free space. A barefoot meditative experience that transforms our way of being and brings back our authenticity. 💐Everyone can participate (also kids) within these simple guidelines: - Move as you like in space - Barefoot or with socks - Communicate with your body without talking - Do not use chemicals or alcohol Igniting the movement on Friday 24.05.24 is Cristiana Fusillo's Warm up where the breath will transform us and make contact with the animal spirit. The Opening Ceremony is a meditation guided by Kaartik to focus intent by connecting body, heart and mind. The sound journey of Ecstatic Dance will be facilitated by DiscoorsettO to cross horizons, propelled by the Sagittarian full moon along maps and musical paths towards the elsewhere. I research organic movement, that quality that makes life flow inside your body. For some time now I have also associated this with the use of the voice as an emotional extension of the body. I work as a dancer in an avant-garde art movement called Free Forms and I run the research workshop ‘The Poetic Body’. I enjoy opening up creative spaces because I believe deeply in the soul and its Dance. 🌸Kàartik - ceremony facilitator Co-founder of the Italian community Ecstatic Dance Italy, he facilitates these experiences with his creative indiemotion method, combining indigenous dances, somatic movement and yoga. Kaartik is the spiritual name of Denny, a teacher of yoga and indigenous dances born in Trieste where he began his artistic research within the Danceproject Festival together with ACTIS.
