Ecstatic Dance Trieste celebra la rinascita di primavera con un viaggio sonoro speciale facilitato da Kaartik assieme al movimento di Meraki e al live set di Npo Psico. Ecstatic Dance è una music movement community mondiale che rigenera il dancefloor della discoteca in uno spazio sacro, senza alcol. Un'esperienza meditativa a piedi nudi che trasforma il nostro modo di essere e riporta alla luce la nostra autenticità. 🪷Tutti possono partecipare nel rispetto di queste semplici Linee guida: • Muoviti come vuoi nello spazio • A piedi nudi o con le calze • Comunica con il corpo senza parlare • Non usare sostanze chimiche ne alcol A fertilizzare il dancefloor Sabato 20.04.24 c'è il warm up guidato da Meraki per entrare nel corpo ed esplorare il movimento libero. Nell'Opening Ceremony si semina l'intento di gruppo e personale per la connessione di cuore e mente. Durante l'onda musicale di Ecstatic Dance facilitata da Kaartik lasciamo esprimere l'anima per sbocciare a spirito libero nel sound journey suonato dal vivo da Npo Psico. Kaartik è il nome spirituale di Denny, insegnante di Yoga e danze indigene nato a Trieste dove è iniziata la sua ricerca artistica all’interno del Danceproject Festival assieme all’ACTIS. Meraki dal greco significa "l'essenza di noi stessi", nome d'arte di Stefania che a Trieste promuove l'integrazione di corpo e creatività. Iniziata alla Medicina del Cacao, bevanda sacra presso gli antichi popoli del centro e sud America, secondo la tradizione della Dea Madre e dei quattro elementi. Ecstatic Dance Trieste celebrates the rebirth of spring with a special sound journey facilitated by Kaartik together with the movement of Meraki and live music by Npo Psico. Ecstatic Dance is a worldwide music movement community that regenerates the disco dancefloor in a sacred, alcohol-free space. A barefoot meditative experience that transforms our way of being and brings back our authenticity. 🪷Everyone can participate within these simple guidelines: - Move as you like in space - Barefoot or with socks - Communicate with your body without speaking - Do not use chemicals or alcohol Fertilising the dancefloor on Saturday 20.04.24 is the warm-up led by Meraki to get into the body and explore free form movement. In the Opening Ceremony the group and personal intent is sown for the connection of heart and mind. During the musical wave of Ecstatic Dance facilitated by Kaartik we let the soul express itself to blossom into free spirit in the sound journey played live by Npo Psico. Kaartik is the spiritual name of Denny, a teacher of yoga and indigenous dances born in Trieste where his artistic research began within the Danceproject Festival together with ACTIS.
