Dansen in contact met onszelf, de grond en de zwaartekracht. Vanuit het voelen van ons eigen lichaam in stilte & beweging trainen we ons reactievermogen in dans op een zachte, sensitieve maar ook dynamische & krachtige manier. Anna legt in haar workshops de brug tussen connectie met jezelf, de grond & de ander, tussen diepgang en speelsheid. Je kan kiezen om zowel in de namiddag als 's avonds te komen of alleen namiddag / alleen avond. We exploreren elementen van Contact improvisatie, een dansvorm in duet waarin rustige, sensitieve en dynamische tot zelfs acrobatische bewegingskwaliteiten elkaar afwisselen. Deze dansvorm is eerst en vooral een specifieke bewegingsoefening. Het is het trainen van de kinestetisch bewustzijn: het sensitief waarnemen en voelen van je eigen lichaam in stilte en beweging, de vloer, de danspartner. Het omvatook zacht en krachtige lichaamswerk en het trainen van gepaste en snelle reacties in dans. CONSCIOUS DANCE / ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES - Woordeloos: we dansen en spreken met ons lichaam, zonder woorden, zodat de wijsheid van ons lichaam zich kan uitdrukken en gezien/gehoord kan worden. - Zuiver & puur: we kiezen ervoor om nuchter te dansen. Dit helpt om een veilige ruimte te creëren waarin dat wat in ons leeft zo authentiek mogelijk geuit kan worden. - Blootsvoets: Op blote voeten hebben we een directer contact met de aarde, onze eerste danspartner. This time Dj Tim takes us from behind the decks on a magical dance journey. In the afternoon your are welcome for a workshop Contact Impro with Anna Svetslikaya. We dance in contact with ourselves, the floor and gravity. Departing from feeling our own body in stilness & movement we train the capacity of our bodies to react in a soft & sensitive way but also in a dynamic & powerful way in dance & inteaction. In her workshops Anna builds the bridge between connection with ourselves, the ground & gravity, between depth & playfulness. Your can choose to come the whole afternoon & evening (and enjoy a potluck together), or only come for afternoon or evening. CONTACT IMPRO with Anna Svetslikaya In this workshop we will dance in contact with each other, the floor and gravity, building elements of Contact Improvisation, a duet dance form in which calm, sensitive and dynamic to acrobatic movement qualities alternate. This dance form offers first of all a specific movement training. It’s a training of the kinaesthetic senses - from the sensitive perception and feeling of one's own body in stillness and movement, the floor, the partner, over soft and powerful body work, to the training of appropriate and quick responses in dance. CONSCIOUS DANCE / ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES - Speechless: we dance and talk with our bodies, without words, so the wisdom of our body can express itself and be seen and heard. - Pure: We choose to dance from a pure state, without intoxication by alcohol of drugs. We do this to create a safe & brave space where we can be our authentic selves with all that is living. - Barefooted: On barefoot we have a direct contact with the floor / the earth, which is our first dancepartner. She carries us and digests what we don't need any more and let go during our dances.
