Be welcome to dance barefoot in Utrecht at Studio Monseigneur 🦶 Ecstatic Dance 🦶 A free form dance meditation. Slow sensitive music to tribal beats. We invite Ecstatic Dance DJ's to create musical journeys where you can sink deeper into the dance, express yourself and connect to others. This session is a co-creation of the DJ, the ceremony leader and the team. It can be a workout and a meditation and much more. During the 30min opening workshop you awaken and loosen your body and re-discover your natural inner dancer. This dance is open for all levels and people. You don't need any dance experience to join.
