Ecstatic Dance w Live Musicans

January 28th from 8 to 10:30pm at First Street Studio, we will again be holding space for Ecstatic Dance with Live Instruments. With the vibrations and love that the musicians bring, we can embrace and embody the true power that we all have inside. You can move your body however you like to the rhythm of the beat, flowing in every second, fully letting go of control and surrendering to the moment and the music. Your whole body will be radiating with joy and light by the end! Everyone is accepted. Everyone is included.
