You are invited to this creative music and dance experience… No Shoes, No Booze, Just Dance featuring music from: \\\\\\\ Smiley Coyote /////// When not behind the decks providing sultry soundscapes, Smiley Coyote can be found behind a camera lens. Starting out as a public radio DJ in 2007 in Durango Colorado, he played a sunrise show awakening the region with mellow beats. Since then, he has toured with the Salt Fire Circus as their DJ and shared the stage with EDM names such as Tipper, Heyoka (Andreilien), Bluetech, Kalya Scintilla, JPOD and Birds of Paradise to name a few. Preferring the Ecstatic Dance scene to share his array of sounds, he regularly plays all around Northern California, Colorado and New Mexico. With sets ranging from yoga classes to all night dance parties, Smiley Coyote taps into the pulse of the crowd and plays his sets completely for them. ~ music begins at 7pm, so please arrive on time ~ ~ healthful food and drink by Estrela Cafe ~ ~ massage by Amaya Natural Therapeutics ~ ~ free chocolate elixir samples by Sarvaa Superfoods ~ ~ live crystal bowl sound bath by Aaylah and Joseph to follow dance, at 9:30 ~ Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance party happening every Friday, rooted in the intention of a safe, sacred, and fun experience for all! It is an expressive and accepting atmosphere allowing for deep journeys into self-awareness, spirit, and connections with others. All states of being are welcomed, whether happy, sad, expressive or not...the intention is medicine for all. Altar space is lovingly offered with the invitation to invoke the sacred within yourself. This is an alcohol-free event with no conversation and no phones on the dance floor.
