We welcome you to gather with us under the new moon solar eclipse. An new moon eclipse is a particularly important time to do practices that keep you in a meditative state. Yoga, breath work, meditation and ecstatic dance can all be ways to receive the benefits and messages of the eclipse while shielding space from negative influences. Because of this, we are offering a special kundalini yoga class before the dance to help us harness these potent energies and prepare us for an epic dance wave of world beats and Shakti empowerment.
