(English text below) ❋❋❋ Ecstatic Dance Wageningen ontmoet Contact Improvisatie! ❋❋❋ Deze zondagmiddag bieden we de hele middag dansruimte, met een workshop contactimprovisatie én een Ecstatic Dance reis! Heb je altijd al willen leren hoe je op een speelse manier kunt verbinden met andere dansers? Vandaag is je kans om kennis te maken met contactdans en dit daarna vrij te verkennen op onze dansvloer. ❋ Contact Improvisatie Workshop ❋ UITVERKOCHT LET OP: Geen tickets beschikbaar aan de deur! We starten we met een workshop Contact Improvisatie onder leiding van Simone van Dam. Contact Improvisatie is een geïmproviseerde dans waarbij het spelen met zwaartekracht, gewicht delen en veelal fysiek contact de communicatie vormt tussen twee of meerdere personen tegelijkertijd. Met behulp van bepaalde oefeningen en technieken gaan we kijken hoe we flow kunnen vinden in de gedeelde dans. CI kan heel bevrijdend, creatief en speels zijn; ook die intenties nemen we mee op de dansvloer. We raden aan om comfortabele kleding zonder harde onderdelen te dragen waarin je bijvoorbeeld gemakkelijk over de vloer kunt rollen (lange broek en lange mouwen maakt dit prettiger). De workshop is open voor zowel beginners als voor mensen met ervaring in Contact Improvisatie. Na de workshop nemen we pauze om op te laden met wat thee, water en gezonde snacks. Voor grotere honger ben je welkom om zelf wat te eten mee te nemen. ❋ Ecstatic Dance ❋ NOG ENKELE TICKETS BESCHIKBAAR Ecstatic Dance Wageningen is een meditatieve dansreis waarbij je in een veilige en toegewijde ruimte kunt experimenteren met beweging. Wees welkom om jezelf te uiten precies zoals jij het voelt in het moment, in speelsheid en verstilling, in contact met jezelf en anderen. We dansen op blote voeten (of sokken), zonder woorden, zonder alcohol en drugs, zonder telefoons of camera's. Thee en water staat voor je klaar. Deze middag komt DJ Winged Wencke ons meenemen op dansavontuur. Ze verrast ons altijd weer met haar mooie mix van bezielde klanken, eigenzinnige muziek én de uitnodiging om je innerlijk vuur naar buiten te dansen. Deze toegewijde dansruimte biedt de mogelijkheid om vrij te bewegen en te laten stromen wat komt vanuit jouw gevoel, de flow van het moment en de inspiratie van elementen uit de workshop. Natuurlijk verwelkomen we je graag voor de hele dag, maar het is ook mogelijk om later aan te sluiten voor alleen de Ecstatic Dance reis. Voor wie later aansluit: we openen en sluiten de toegewijde ruimte in een cirkel. Zorg dat je ruim voor aanvang aanwezig bent, zodat we samen aan de dansreis kunnen beginnen. There will be a workshop Contact Improvisation and an Ecstatic Dance journey. Do you want to learn to connect in a playful way with other dancers? Today is your chance to get introduced to contact dance and explore this further on our dance floor after the workshop. ❋ Contact Improvisation Workshop ❋ SOLD OUT ATTENTION: No tickets available at the door! We will start this Sunday afternoon with a workshop Contact Improvisation led by Simone van Dam. Contact Improvisation is an improvised dance based on playing with gravity, sharing weight and physical contact as a communication between two or multiple persons at once. With the input of certain exercises and techniques, we will search for a flow in shared dancing. CI can be a liberating, creative and playful experience; we will invite these qualities to the dancefloor. We recommend you to wear comfortable and soft clothing that makes it easy to roll on the floor (clothing with long pants and long sleeves without hard parts make this more pleasant). The workshop is open to all levels of experience. After the workshop there will be a break to recharge with some tea, water and healthy snacks. For a larger appetite you are welcome to bring your own food. ❋ Ecstatic Dance ❋ A FEW TICKETS LEFT Ecstatic Dance Wageningen is a barefoot meditative dance journey that invites you to experiment with movement in a safe and dedicated space. Feel free to express yourself as you feel in the moment, in playfulness and stillness, connected with yourself and others. We dance barefoot (or on socks), without words, alcohol, drugs, phones or cameras. Tea and water is available. This afternoon DJ Winged Wencke will take us on a dance adventure. She will treat us to a beautiful mix of soulful, joyful and energetic sounds. This sacred dance space offers the opportunity to move freely and flow with what arises in you from moment to moment. It will also be an open playground to explore further with what you learned in the workshop. We love to welcome you for the entire afternoon, but it is also possible to join us later for the Ecstatic Dance journey only. For who joins later: we open and close the sacred space in a circle. Please take care to arrive on time, so we can enter the dance journey together.
