You are welcome to dance with us at our last Ecstatic Dance in Palm Beach Hall - Four Directions Edition! Join us and experience the joy of free-form dancing in a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. Ecstatic Dance is a careful crafted wave dance. It starts slow, builds to an ecstatic peak and descends into stillness. The journey is medicine for mind, body and soul. There is no need to follow any specific steps and no prior dance experience is necessary. Our gathering will be held in a safe container, with an introduction to Ecstatic Dance, as well as an opening and closing circle. The chosen music will take you on a deep journey, where you can fully express yourself. The things we are not using during the journey are words, phones and intoxications.
