Ecstatic Dance Wednesdays w Mia & Oscar

Throughout August, the Wednesday night dance at First Street Studio will be in the ECSTATIC DANCE tradition of drop. in. and DANCE! Mia (Aug 10th & 31st) and Oscar (Aug 17th & 24th) will be facilitating and providing the music mix. Join us for this practice of; dropping into bodytime, feeling the rhythms within, listening and responding to the body & its divine nature, witnessing thoughts, allowing feelings, and moving for the sake of movement itself.
