Ecstatic Dance with Cacao

Welcome to ecstatic dance in Brighton! The night begins with a cacao ceremony to connect with each other and the space, then leave your inner-critic behind and free the body to find joy and creativity in dance. The music will take you on a journey through the whole spectrum of EDM – heartful, moving, uplifting, euphoric, funky, psychedelic... then we close the night with a sound meditation and space to socialise and connect. There will be light suggestions but this is a mostly unguided practice... surrender yourself to the music and let your body be the guide. We have an amazing private venue with professional sound and lighting and a chill-out cafe. THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT!
