Ecstatic Dance with Cacao Ceremony & Sound Healing

We begin by opening the heart and turning inward with ceremonial cacao. We continue with an embodied warm-up practice, and then enter the ecstatic dance journey — 2.5 hours of free movement facilitated by an experienced DJ. We close by integrating the experience through a healing sound journey. This is a judgment-free space where you are welcome exactly as you are. A place to arrive fully, feel deeply, express freely, reconnect with your true essence, release what's stagnant, shake off what's ready to go. This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet beautiful people and to create genuine connections and friendships.
