Ecstatic Dance with DJ Myko!

This week we welcome the beats from local DJ Myko, with a special soundclosing from Myko and friend Baer. A Solstice journey to honor and dance in the depths of Earth's beauty that we carry. We will sweat and groove with a high vibe, shared heart ecstatic wave! Fruit and gratitude alter will be offered as well. Feel free to add to either. $15 -------------------------------------------- Ecstatic Dance is a liberating practice of freeform embodiment. It's an invitation to dance and play together, regardless of your skill level. No partner is necessary—simply come with a water bottle, an open mind, and a welcoming heart ❤️. In the spirit of Ecstatic Dance, we follow three simple guidelines: 1. We Dance barefoot, allowing us to connect more deeply with the Earth. Socks are also acceptable if needed for health reasons. 2. We Dance without words, embracing the power of body language and cultivating a meditative state. There will be no verbal instruction from the facilitators, and we kindly ask dancers not to engage in conversation. 3. We Dance as We Are, creating a space free from external distractions. We encourage you to be yourself, without the need for drugs/alcohol, phones, cameras/videos, strong scents, expectations, judgments, shoulds, or oughts. Let's honor ourselves, the space, and each other with respect.
