Ecstatic Dance is used to describe an intentional dance with little to no direction from facilitators to what ways community members should dance. Dance to let go, dance to be free, dance for love and dance to be. Kids under 12 are FREE!!! Bring the kids! 10-11am - Yoga with Kim Doyle 11a - 1p Ecstatic Dance, a conscious freeform dancing and movement meditation. We are joined every Sunday by Joy's Kitchen: Rescue Food - Feed People, a non-profit that rescues anywhere from 1000-7000 pounds of groceries each day and brings it to families in need. On Sunday, they run a FREE grocery store during our dance so Bring your own grocery bag to stock up on groceries. COST: $15 Drop-in Kids under 12 are free! The community is cultivated around yoga, conscious dance, live DJ sets from incredible artists from around the world, healthy rescued food, live music, sound healing, meditation and a sharing circle where all can be seen and heard. The space now exists to explore the full potential of being human amidst a loving & accepting community.
