ANNOUNCING: 3.24:: 🌎 Jagno Gaia 🌏 JAGNO GAIA is the alter ego of Jeremy Green, an electronic, psychedelic music producer/composer and DJ from southern Oregon. With a background in music theory, audio engineering and sound design, Jeremy uses his technical skills and musicality to create seamless mixes and enchanting soundscapes carrying the listener on a journey through time and space. Jagno specializes in fusing tribal, melodic, organic, shamanic, multi-cultural and world beats with futuristic, cosmic, and ethereal atmospheres utilizing elements of ambient, downtempo, bass, house, techno, trance, and more. His goal is to tell a story through music, invoking emotion and inviting the listeners to dance, heal, reconnect with their bodies and awaken to the wisdom of the divine spirit within. The name "Jagno Gaia" came to Jeremy in deep meditation following a profound life-changing experience in 2008. SCHEDULE:: 6:45pm - Doors 7-7:45pm - Qi Gong with Yu 8-10pm - Ecstatic Dance with Jagno Gaia 10:30pm-1am - Late night soak 🌊 For our workshop, we will have Yu Yang guiding participants through Qi Gong focused on simple standing practice, gentle breathing, and body awareness. A core part of the practice is Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation), a traditional method of standing still with relaxed attention to help the body release unnecessary tension and rebuild natural alignment and stability. The focus is on slowing down, sensing the body more clearly, and allowing the nervous system to settle naturally. No prior experience is needed — the practice is simple, quiet, and accessible to everyone. Yu Yang has been exploring meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga, and body awareness practices for many years. Their teaching approach is grounded in direct experience and emphasizes natural rhythm, relaxation, and presence in everyday life.
