Ecstatic Dance with Live Instruments

This Saturday April 9th will will be having ecstatic dancing with Live Instruments, once again. Dancing with live instruments helps embrace and embody the true power that we all have inside. The beat of the heart. By dancing, we can show off our self-expression and channel the happiness/sadness within ourselves with music. After the dance many participants feel a deep inner bliss, calmness, serenity and deep connection with oneself and surroundings. Hope to share space with y'all this Saturday. Movement is my medicine, my meditation, my metaphor and my method, a living language we can rely upon to tell us the truth about who we are, who we are with, and where we are going.
