This is why we create these offerings, for you, and you, and you too! 🔮 I'm so excited about this one,, as it's been a vision for a while now, and you're invited! Meet us at the sweet movement space that is @funkandflowstudio and receive a welcome smudge with Copal + Sage to cleanse away the day. Exhale. Leave your shoes and inhibitions at the door and settle in. We begin intentionaly, sharing our New Moon intentions and drinking Ceremonial Cacao to align with our hearts + each other. We rise together and share intentional movement, breath, and expression guided by Samantha to get us in our bodies. Then we flow freely into our personal Dance. LIVE music by guest musicians @mistygrotto + @of_our_ancestors will be created throughout the entire experience, so you know the drumming will be 🔥 Misty + Katie combine their musical talents to support the dance with the sounds of the Sitar, guitar, Flute, Harp, percussion, vocals, and other various sounds.
