You can expect a slow ambient opening to stretch and meditate, building into a high energy performance. Paul’s roots come from Greece, but his style blends multicultural instruments, and lessons from his life experience. Some music is available online, but his experience is intuitive, and unique to each group that he serves. Closing out we will share a Sound bath with All Love Wellness. Softening the body, melting tension, and offering a breathing integration.
