Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who love to dance! We start with one hour of yoga or fitness and then move into our fullest form of self-expression- DANCE💃. Join the movement! Music by Treaphort + Deep connections and special surprises + Over 1000 lbs of FREE FOOD from Joy's Kitchen: Rescue Food - Feed People( while they last! ) We are proud to partner with Joy's Kitchen: Rescue Food - Feed People, a non-profit that rescues anywhere from 1000-7000 pounds of groceries each day and brings it to families in need. Each Sunday, we run a FREE grocery store and bring in over 1000lbs of fresh organic fruits and veggies for you! Bring your own grocery bag to stock up on groceries.
