Ecstatic Dance event in Delray Beach Florida. Happening bi-weekly in 2024 Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, surrender themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. "Ecstatic Dance is not about looking good or following specific steps. Its about surrendering to the music and letting you body express its true essence." Guidelines: Be PRESENT.
