Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to move freely, this event is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. � What to Expect: -A live DJ set by the incredible Subsqwad � -An inviting atmosphere of freedom, joy, and expression . -A grounding practice to start and a safe space to share. � Event Flow: - 7:30 PM : Doors open | Settle in | Cacao served | Food available by Konscious Kitchen � - 7:45 PM : Grounding practice (Breathwork, Meditation, or Qi Gong) - 8:00 PM : Ecstatic Dance begins – surrender to the rhythm! - 9:15 PM : Sound bath (approx. 10-15 mins) � - 9:30 PM : Closing circle – an opportunity to share and connect. - 10:00 PM : Completion � (This event will extend to 11:00 PM !) � Ecstatic Dance Guidelines: � Dance Barefoot – Connect fully to the ground.
