Ecstatic Friday's Online Dance

This Friday join Brighton Ecstatic Dance for 90 minutes of dancing joy. We will move through a wave of musical styles, flowing, funky, driving, gentle, trippy, heartful, then close with a guided meditation and sharing time. We will use professional audio streaming for the highest quality sound, alongside Zoom so we can share each other's dance (optional). This class is offered by donation.
