Inspired by global portals like Bali, Guatemala, and Portugal, this immersive expansion combines movement, sweat, cold therapy, and somatic reset. 💧Just as these sacred places use dance as detox, we invite you to wear light clothing or bathing suits—whatever you're comfortable sweating or getting wet in.
