Jul 13, 2025, 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM Pittsburgh, 4501 Lytle St, Pittsburgh, PA 15207, USA Featuring a full program of somatic movement with Ecstatic Dance Pgh, cold water plunges with Pittsburgh TubClub, live dance music with Jessica Rosario, and a high vibe community, plus an expanded marketplace with food + artist vendors, this event is everything your mind, body, and soul has ever needed on a hot summer day. What’s in Store: Somatic Warm-Up: Start the day grounded and connected with a somatic warm-up led by embodiment coach Tricia Chirumbole. Through breath, movement, and awareness, you’ll activate your body’s natural intelligence and prepare for the ecstatic flow to come. Live DJ Set: Local artist Jessica Rosario guide your plunge with a pulse-pounding mix of global organica, afro-house, and deep tribal beats. This live set is more than music — it’s a transformational frequency ride through sound and soul. Ecstatic Dance: We kick off with a powerful opening circle before diving into a high-vibe dance journey with Ecstatic Dance Pittsburgh. Dance allows an opportunity for the body to release trapped emotion, energy and stress. Come as you are, move as you wish — no experience necessary Cold Plunges: Take the leap — literally — with guided cold immersion sessions hosted by Pittsburgh TubClub. Far more than theory, participants learn via direct experience. They rely on their breath to transition themselves from a fight/flight reaction to a calmer state of deep presence. Sign-ups happen at check-in, so arrive early to choose your spot! Closing Sound Bath: After dancing and plunging, let your body melt into a deep rest. Jessica will team up with a special guest for a live sound meditation designed to leave you calm, clear, and fully restored. (Bring a mat or blanket if you like to get comfy.) Vendor Village + Social Hour: Stick around to mingle, relax, and soak up the vibes during our post-event social hour. Browse offerings from local food and artist vendors, sip on non-alcoholic beverages, and connect with our vibrant community in an open-hearted space. Ecstatic Ethos: Come as you are. Move as you please. All ages, abilities, and bodies are welcome. We keep the dance floor conversation free. We keep the dance floor photo/video free. We dance without shoes (to save each other's toes) We foster a substance free and sober space. We practice a culture of invitation and consent. Everyone is responsible for their own energy. We embrace the spirit of non-judgment for ourselves and others. We come with an open heart and mind. What to Bring: Swimsuit + towel Change of clothes (stay cool while you dance, dry off after you plunge) Water bottle or hydrating drinks (this is an alcohol-free event) Blanket or mat for meditation Sunscreen (yes, there will be shade, but we dance rain or shine!)
