Ecstatic Rest ~ Immersion

Join us for a rich and rejuvenating Ecstatic Rest Retreat at the Wild Love Sanctuary in Warrandyte. Madhu, Arion and Sam welcome you into the hearth of a deep return to the ecstatic fullness of your breath, body and each other. Join us for an ‘Ecstatic Body Ceremony’ on the Saturday afternoon, and/or a whole day of ‘ecstatic breath and movement exploration’ on the Sunday. Or join us for the whole retreat! Stay over at the temple and indulge in hot tub, river walks, feasts and more. SATURDAY ~ Ecstatic Body Ceremony 3-6pm. We will ignite this deep dive on the Saturday afternoon aligning to the energies of the waxing full moon with Ceremony, Cacao and Somatic Celebration, completing the evening with a sumptuous feast for the Senses. SUNDAY ~ Ecstatic Immersion 10-5pm Sunday welcomes a full day of deep receptivity through the exquisite delights of Ecstatic Breath-work, Ecstatic Flow Yoga , and Ecstatic Movement & Dance With Arion You will learn to go deep into the dynamic ‘ecstatic river breath’ technique that softens and energises the body. This breath will guide you into your own ecstatic flow that will open new pathways in your body and your dance. We will then take these new pathways into Ecstatic Movement with Madhu that will be an invitation to be held, nurtured, and guided into an ecstatic deepening of what it means to receive the richness of our pure potent presence through Breath, Sound & Movement. Madhu has developed a rich and diverse tapestry of artistic expressions, primarily enlivened by the medicine of Music & Movement as a gateway for transformational experiences. Traversing a few decades in the performance and healing arts, Madhu has now nestled into the Melbourne community by holding weekly ecstatic dance events, Immersions and offering intuitive bodywork/healing sessions. Arion Light ~ I have been running retreats for nearly 20 years focused on the deep connection between our Deep Love, Our Body and Potent Action. My life’s passion is how this deepest love can ignite our body into ecstasy and birth real action born from what matters most to us. I have trained tens of thousands of people in how to do this, including my year long Warrior of Love training and Embodiment Coaching Certification. On this retreat i will be bringing 15+ years of experience with breath-work to explore the power of our breath to open our body’s deep reservoirs of energy, passion and power. I am delighted to explore with Madhu how this breath then transforms how we move and dance. My intention is DEEP SLOW LOVE BIRTHING ECSTATIC NEW CURRENTS in your body and your life. Samantha Safire Rose ~ I am delighted to be hosting you in this Sanctuary as well as offering a Rasa Flow yoga session on Sunday Morning. Rasa yoga is the union of body with the nectar of the soul. My personal passion and work is Sanctuary; the reclaiming for woman (and all) to move from this most sacred place inside us. I work individually with women to help them weave this sanctuary in the deepest pulse of their bodies so they may live rich, love drenched lives. I am a trained Rasa Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Coach and Alchemy Coach. I look forward to watching you melt from this feast of delights we are weaving for you. THE SPACE - Wild Love Sanctuary This sanctuary is a big home on six acres of trees not far from the luscious Birrarung (Yarra) river. It is both Sam and Arion’s home and a place to reconnect with the earth and yourself. We have a temple room with roaring fire, sanctuary treatment room, hot tub, games room (table tennis, pool and air hockey) and land to walk and fully rest into. We will be moving both in the temple room and outside by a fire. TICKETS are strictly limited for an intimate experience. ~ Full Immersion $180 ( Sat & Sun ) ~ Sunday only $145 (10am -5pm) ~ Saturday Ceremony $55 (3-6pm) Bring a delicious plate to share for feasting on Sat night and Sunday lunch.
