Ecstatic Souls Sessions - ESS is a space for ecstatic dancing, contemplative movement, and somatic exploration. It is time and space for the SOUL to be unfettered and free. Join us for this practice of; dropping into bodytime, feeling the rhythms within, listening and responding to the body & its divine nature, witnessing thoughts, allowing feelings, and moving for the sake of movement itself.
