Our last dance of September is here! Can you feel the cooling of the air? AHHHHHhhhhh. This Wednesdays dance is culminating into an exploration of "following a thread". There is a discipline in focusing on the small voice, the seeds in the ground, the thin thread of awareness in something we feel a quiet compulsion to follow... that we can practice in our dance. The practice is; listening and responding to the body & it’s divine nature, to witness thoughts, to allow feelings, and to move for the sake of movement itself.
