Death is a Dancer. A death within, the death of another, a heart breaks and is borne. -Mia Bryan Carter's Memorial Dance: From Sarah, Bryans understanding of Light was captivating as he dove into the shadowy depths. He found that his Joy and Sorrow entwined with a synergy that gave him Courage and Compassion, dissolving the painful illusion of separation. With a Fearless Freedom, he left his body behind to explore another dimension, and dance with us to the other side. All things arise, exist, and pass away. -Sarah Evans In this dance, we honor and celebrate our Brother Dancer Bryan Carter. In this music, the sacred dance floor is the garden, and Bryan is the gardener, pruning shears in hand, he will prune off anything that no longer serves us, and in return, we thank Bryan, for all the years he shared his soles on all of Austin's dance floors, and for the love he showered on our own personal garden. -Oscar Ecstatic Soul Sessions (ESS) is a contemplative environment, for somatic exploration & ecstatic moments of movement. The practice is; listening and responding to the body & it’s divine nature, to witness thoughts, to allow feelings, and to move for the sake of movement itself. Facilitation by Mia E Pem.
