Ecstatic Waves: Dance, Cacao & Healing

Our community EcstaticWaves dance and healing event will have Friday night, conscious festival vibes, dance waves, comfy lounge areas to hang out or cuddle in, and a cacao ceremony, all in a conscious, consensual, alcohol-free space. If you come at 7 PM, we’ll have a little, low stress workshop on dancing with others in this space, also known as Contact Improv Dance. We'll start with a Contract Improv, then a cacao ceremony, an Opening circle to set expectation, and then a full 90-minute dance wave, followed by a sound bath, a Closing circle, and then community hang-out time. Body workers, cacao, and living water will be available throughout ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ WHO IS THIS FOR? 💫Experienced or brand-new dancers 💫Kids.
