————english version below ————— UNSERE EINLADUNG Es ist soweit! 2020 - wir sind gelandet und nutzen den Neumond um mit kraftvoller Inspiration und feurigem Enthusiasmus in das nächste Kapitel von ECSTATIC WILDNESS zu starten. Wir laden euch deshalb ein, wieder einmal mit uns den Kreis zu teilen, mit uns zu tanzen und die Liebe, Freiheit und den Augenblick zu zelebrieren. Wir feiern unser Fest zu Jahresanfang ganz nostalgisch dort, wo wir letztes Jahr begonnen haben: in der Containersiedlung des Bahnwärter Thiel. Unsere Intention ist es, den neuen Zyklus einzuleiten - mit euch zu teilen, wo wir gerade stehen und wie sich unsere Veranstaltungen entwickeln werden und uns gemeinsam der Musik und dem Feld der Gemeinschaft, die im letzten Jahr entstanden ist hinzugeben. Diesmal haben wir unsere musikalische Gefährtin und DJane Silvana aus Berlin eingeladen, die auch schon in München mit ihrem Projekt „LIEBE tanzen“ bekannt ist (mehr Informationen unten). *** Wir laden dazu ein, den Körper und das Körperbewusstsein zu erforschen. Dieser Abend ist dem Tanz und Ausdruck gewidmet.*** *** Diese Veranstaltung untersagt den Konsum von Alkohol und Drogen. Außer einer Tasse Kakao bei Beginn der Veranstaltung, sind keine Stimulanzien geduldet*** ___________________________________________________________________ „May the wild souls shine - and may they dance and dance and dance…“ UNSERE GUIDELINES FÜR DIESEN ABEND: KEIN ALKOHOL UND SONSTIGE SUBSTANZEN Um vollkommen in die Magie des freien, ekstatischen Tanzens eintauchen zu können, ist es besonders wichtig, klar und präsent im Augenblick zu sein. Dies erleichtert es uns, die Wahrnehmung zu schärfen und ermöglicht es uns, unsere inneren Impulse und die von Außen besser wahrnehmen zu können, um uns nach und nach miteinander einschwingen zu können. Deshalb ist bei unseren Veranstaltungen der Konsum von Alkohol und anderen Substanzen untersagt. Wir bitten auch den Konsum von Tabak auf vor und nach dem gemeinsamen Tanz zu reduzieren. Wir bitten euch alle, diese Grundregel zu respektieren und wünschen uns von euch, bei eurer Teilnahme eine entsprechende Neugier und Offenheit mitzubringen, um euch auf diese besondere Art der Zelebration und des Miteinanders einzulassen. DAS SETTING: EIN GEMEINSAMER RAHMEN FÜR DIE REISE Die Türen sind für 30 min offen, dann schließen wir und beginnen die Reise. Wir sammeln uns im Kreis und bauen das Feld langsam auf. Wir starten immer gemeinsam und geben uns nach und nach der Reise hin. Wir sprechen über den Abend, über die Regeln und Consent und kreieren ein Feld des Vertrauens untereinander. Während dem Tanzen widmen wir uns dem Moment und vollkommenen Selbstausdruck. Es wird lediglich non-verbal kommuniziert. Du bist eingeladen, wenn du gerne barfuß tanzt - dir Gymnastik-Schuhe oder dicke Socken mitzubringen. Zuletzt gibt es ein gemeinsames Ausklingen, mit Elementen der Meditation, Livemusik oder Atmung um deinen Körper wieder zu landen und die Möglichkeit noch eine Weile im Raum zu sein und euch auszutauschen. DANCE OF CONSENT - Selbstverantwortung und Achtsamkeit Wir freuen uns, das ECSTATIC WILDNESS ein Raum für aufrichtige Begegnung und intime Interaktion ist. Wir lernen euch weiterhin Werkzeuge zur klaren Kommunikation und wie ihr eure Grenzen und Wünsche klarer kommunizieren könnt. Unsere Grundregel ist aber NEIN heißt NEIN und andererseits: Einverständnis ist der Schlüssel zu einer wunderschönen Reise und solange sich beide Interagierenden im gemeinsamen Feld einvernehmlich bewegen, kann sich die Magie entfalten. *** NEU: KOMM, WIE DU BIST - EMBODY YOUR SOUL *** 2020 - das Jahr unserer inneren Wahrheit! Die erste Regel für dieses Jahr - du bringst mit, was du bist. Du bist eingeladen deine Wahrheit zu verkörpern und diese bedingungslos zu leben. Du entscheidest, welcher Teil in dir heute Nacht gelebt werden möchte und du bist genau so willkommen. In Jogginghose und etwas schläfrig, aufgekratzt in Lack und Leder oder als bemalter Paradiesvogel. Dieser Raum ist dir gewidmet und lädt dazu ein, dich auszuprobieren - in all deinen Facetten! GO WILD! Die Gemeinschaft und der bewusst gesetzte Rahmen, geben uns die nötige Sicherheit und erleichtern uns den freien Ausdruck. Gemeinsam erkunden wir unser Mensch-Sein und unsere Körper in all seinen Facetten – und leben, was gelebt werden will - von Augenblick zu Augenblick. Wir erlauben es uns, zu verkörpern, was in uns präsent ist - unsere eigene Wahrheit, im Sein, im Tanz, in Stille mit uns Selbst oder in der Interaktion mit anderen und wir erlauben es uns, diese Wahrheit auch ungefiltert ausdrücken zu dürfen. Der befreite Tanz ist eine Bewegung, jenseits aller Begrenzungen. Er ist nicht nur ein Zusammenkommen einer gewissen Anzahl von Leuten, sondern ein Treffen der Liebhaber*innen der völligen, transparenten Selbsterfahrung und des Selbstausdrucks der ureigenen, inneren Wahrheit. Fernab alter Pfade, alter Ängste und Zweifel, Schutzmechanismen und was uns nicht sonst noch alles zurückhält. We ask all of you to respect this basic rule and wish you to bring with you a corresponding curiosity and openness to allow you to engage in this special way of celebration and togetherness. THE SETTING: A COMMON FRAMEWORK FOR TRAVEL The doors are open for 30 minutes, then we close and start the journey. We gather in a circle and slowly build up the field. We always start together and gradually indulge in the journey. We talk about the evening, the rules and consent and create a field of trust among each other. During the dance we devote ourselves to the moment and perfect self-expression. It is only communicated non-verbally. You are invited if you like to dance barefoot - bring gymnastics shoes or thick socks. We end with everybody in the circle with elements of meditation, live music or breathing to land your body again and the opportunity to be in the room for a while and exchange ideas. 3. DANCE OF CONSENT - personal responsibility and mindfulness We are happy that ECSTATIC WILDNESS is a space for authentic encounters and intimate interaction. We continue to teach you tools for clear communication and how you can communicate your limits and desires more clearly. Our basic rule is NO means NO. Consent and common agreement is the key to a wonderful journey and as long as both interacting parties move together in the same field, the magic can unfold. 4. *** NEW: COME AS YOU ARE - EMBODY YOUR SOUL *** 2020 - the year of our inner truth! The first rule for this year - bring what you are. You are invited to embody your truth and to live it unconditionally. The liberated dance is a movement beyond all limits.It is not just a gathering of a certain number of people, but a meeting of lovers of complete, transparent self-awareness and self-expression of the very own inner truth. Far away from old paths, old fears and doubts, protective mechanisms and everything else that holds us back. We want to spread this joy and share the uniqueness that we are so that we can open ourselves more and more, understand others better and carry this loving presence in our environment, in our families and in all our relationships.
