Wir haben diesmal einen ganz besonderen Gast, mit einem bekannten Namen, vor allem in der sogenannten „Conscious Musik Szene“: es ist MOSE - der üblicherweise an magischen Orten wie dem Cosmic Convergence Festival in Guatemala, dem österreichischen Heart Culture Festival und anderen zu finden ist. Seine deep medicine beats haben das Potential eine tiefere Ebene in uns zu berühren und uns mit ihr in Kontakt zu bringen. „Great music is that, which carries the present minded listener to the doorstep of infinity“. MOSE Mit diesen starken Worten laden wir ein, zu einer tiefgehenden Reise, die euch jenseits der Grenzen dieses physischen Körpers mitnehmen möchte. Getragen von der Musik, den verschiedenen Klängen und der Resonanz in uns und vor allem der gemeinsamen Intention der inneren Befreiung, wollen wir gemeinsam vibrieren , loslassen was uns nicht mehr dient und unsere Lebendigkeit zelebrieren. Die Gemeinschaft und der bewusst gesetzte Rahmen, geben uns die nötige Sicherheit und erleichtern uns den freien Ausdruck. Gemeinsam erkunden wir unser Mensch-Sein und unsere Körper in all seinen Facetten – und leben, was gelebt werden will - von Augenblick zu Augenblick. Wir erlauben es uns, zu verkörpern, was in uns präsent ist - unsere eigene Wahrheit, im Sein, im Tanz, in Stille mit uns Selbst oder in der Interaktion mit anderen und wir erlauben es uns, diese Wahrheit auch ungefiltert ausdrücken zu dürfen. Und diese süße Freiheit, mit der wir auf diese Welt gekommen sind, wirklich zu erkennen und gebührend zu würdigen.. GRUNDLEGEND IST WICHTIG: 1. KEIN ALKOHOL ODER SONSTIGE SUBSTANZEN Um vollkommen in die Magie des freien, ekstatischen Tanzens eintauchen zu können, ist es besonders wichtig, klar und präsent im Augenblick zu sein. Dies erleichtert es uns, die Wahrnehmung zu schärfen und ermöglicht es uns, unsere inneren Impulse und die von Außen besser wahrnehmen zu können, um uns nach und nach miteinander einschwingen zu können. Deshalb ist bei unseren Veranstaltungen der Konsum von Alkohol und anderen Substanzen untersagt. Wir bitten auch den Konsum von Tabak auf vor und nach dem gemeinsamen Tanz zu reduzieren. Wir bitten euch alle, diese Grundregel zu respektieren und wünschen uns von euch, bei eurer Teilnahme eine entsprechende Neugier und Offenheit mitzubringen, um euch auf diese besondere Art der Zelebration und des Miteinanders einzulassen. Also nochmal, bitte komm einfach so unverfälscht wie du bist, so perfekt wie du bist, ja einfach ganz genauso wie du bist, mit all den Unsicherheiten, die du mitbringst oder was auch immer, es ist alles willkommen und du bist nicht alleine damit. 2. DAS SETTING Um das energetische Feld kraftvoll aufbauen zu können, werden wir den Tanz gemeinsam beginnen und auch wieder gemeinsam beenden. Und damit wir uns wohl und wirklich sicher fühlen, wird es auch eine gemeinsame Aufwärmphase geben, die den Prozess des „Einschwingens“ unterstützt, des weiteren gibt es auch ein gemeinsames „Ausklingen“ im Anschluss. Außerdem bitten wir, dass auf der Tanzfläche nicht gesprochen wird, und wir lediglich nonverbal kommunizieren, um inneren Prozessen ihren Raum zur Entwicklung zu geben. Lasst uns zusammen eintauchen in diesen wunderbaren Zauber der non- verbalen Kommunikation... 3. „DANCE OF CONSENT“ - Selbstverantwortung und Achtsamkeit Es ist uns wichtig, dass jede Aktion immer im Einverständnis mit der agierenden Person und, falls es sich um eine Interaktion handelt, auch mit dem Gegenüber geschieht. Gegenseitiges Einverständnis ist der Schlüssel zu einer wunderschönen Reise und solange sich beide Interagierenden im gemeinsamen Feld einvernehmlich bewegen, kann sich alles entfalten, was sich entfalten will. UNSERE VISION Der befreite Tanz ist eine Bewegung, jenseits aller Begrenzungen. Er ist nicht nur ein Zusammenkommen einer gewissen Anzahl von Leuten, sondern ein Treffen der Liebhaber*innen der völligen, transparenten Selbsterfahrung und des Selbstausdrucks der ureigenen, inneren Wahrheit. Fernab alter Pfade, alter Ängste und Zweifel, Schutzmechanismen und was uns nicht sonst noch alles zurückhält. Wir wollen diese Freude verbreiten und die Einzigartigkeit, die wir sind, teilen und verströmen, damit wir uns selbst immer weiter öffnen können, andere besser verstehen und diese liebevolle Präsenz in unsere Umwelt, in unsere Familien und in all unsere Beziehungen tragen. To fully merge into the magic of free ecstatic dancing it is essential to be clear and present in each moment. This makes it easier for us, to sharpen the awareness and makes it possible to better sense our inner impulses, but also the ones coming from outside, to tune into each other more and more. We really hope this rule is respected and we also would hope that you dive into this special way of celebration and togetherness with openness and curiosity. SETTING: To create this energetic field in a powerful way we will start the dance together and also end it together. In order that we feel comfortable and safe there will be a collective warm up phase which will support the process of tuning in and also a common outro-phase afterwards. We also do not speak with each other, but try to practice non-verbal communication, to better facilitate and give space to the inner processes. Exploring the wonderful magic of non-verbal communication... 3. “DANCE OF CONSENT“- Self-responsibility and awareness It is highly important to us that every action is always in agreement with the acting person and in case of interaction, also in agreement with the other person. Mutual agreement is the key to this amazing journey and as long as both sides move in this common field of mutual consent, everything can unfold that wants to unfold. OUR VISION: The free dance is a movement beyond all limitations. It is not just a coming together with a random group of people, but a gathering of lovers of total and transparent self-experience and self-expression of the unique, inner truth. Far away from old pathways, old fears and doubts, protection mechanisms and whatsoever tries to hold us back... We want to spread this joy and share and radiate the uniqueness that we are so that we can open ourselves more and more to better understand others and to carry this loving awareness into our environment, our families and into all our relationships.
