Amaratva Yoga organiseert in augustus een 200-uur Yoga Teacher Training. Halverwege de training openen ze de plek voor een unieke avond Ecstatic Yoga Dance. Amaratva Yoga – Floris & Paulina – werkt samen met DJ Ben Chi, die zijn eigen 200u-training ook bij hen volgde, voor een betoverend concept: We starten met een fluïde en creatieve hatha yogasessie met oa partneryoga onder zwoele beats van de dj 😌 Die sessie vloeit over in een ecstatic dance met DJ Ben Chi & Surya die live zijn nieuw dans concept komt teasen. 💫 We sluiten af met een diepe shavasana (liggende ontspanningsyoga) 🧘 🌟 Ecstatic Dance Ecstatic Dance is een uitnodiging om je lichaam te laten bewegen zoals het wil, zonder oordeel. Kom zoals je bent, blootsvoets 🦶, open om het leven te vieren. 🌟 Zonder woorden. Zonder alcohol of drugs. KIDS WELKOM om mee te dansen. Amaratva Yoga is hosting a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in August. Halfway through the training, they open the space for a unique evening of Ecstatic Yoga Dance. Amaratva Yoga – Floris & Paulina – team up with DJ Ben Chi, who also completed his own 200-hour training with them, for an enchanting concept: We start with a fluid and creative hatha yoga session, including partner yoga, guided by the DJ’s groovy beats 😌 This session flows into an ecstatic dance with DJ Ben Chi & Surya, who will give a live teaser of his brand-new dance concept. 💫 We close the evening with a deep shavasana (lying down relaxation yoga) 🧘 🌟 Ecstatic Dance Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move your body as it wants, without judgment. Come as you are, barefoot 🦶, open to celebrate life. 🌟 Without words. Without alcohol or drugs. KIDS WELCOME to dance along.
