Sok szeretettel meghívjuk Önt Egészség 2022 című rendezvénysorozatunk következő, sporttal egybekötött állomására, melyben partnerünk a Német-Magyar Ipari és Kereskedelmi Kamara. Kinek szól ez a rendezvény? Röviden: MINDENKINEK! Kire ne férne rá, hogy kiengedje a fáradt gőzt és minőségi énidőt töltsön el, sok nevetéssel, sportolással? Kortól, nemtől függetlenül a salsa az a tánc, amit mindenki egyaránt élvezhet! Eredetileg természetesen páros tánc, ám az alapokat egyénileg célszerű elsajátítani, illetve egyre népszerűbb az ún. lady style és man style salsa - workshopunkon is szólóban fogunk táncolni. Teljesen kezdőket és táncos tapasztalattal rendelkezőket egyaránt várunk: a workshop célja elsősorban a közös mozgás öröme. Program: 17:00-18:20 Bemelegítés után tanulunk egy vérpezsdítő kubai salsa koreográfiát, az órát közös nyújtással zárjuk. 18:20-19:00 A résztvevők között tombolasorsolást tartunk, melyben az értékes nyereményeket az exkluzív Miracle Beauty&Spa Szépségszalon* garantálja. Who is this event for? In short: FOR EVERYONE! Who wouldn’t need to let off some steam and spend quality me-time with lots of laughter and sports? Regardless of age or gender, salsa is a dance that everyone can enjoy! Initially, of course, it is a couple dance, but it is advisable to learn the basics in solo. Thus, and due to the fact that lady style and man style salsa is gaining popularity nowadays we will dance in solo in our workshop. We await both complete beginners and those who already have some dance experience: the aim of the workshop is primarily the joy of moving together. Program: 5:00-6:20 PM After warming up, we learn a fun Cuban salsa choreography. Closing the class with a stretch. 6:20-7:00 PM We will have a raffle between the participants, in which the valuable prizes are guaranteed by the exclusive Miracle Beauty & Spa Beauty Salon*.
