Originally from the Dominican Republic, singer July has been resident in Manchester for over ten years. Upon moving to the UK, July rapidly established a reputation as one of the leading Bachata singers in Europe, performing both with his own band and as guest singer with other artists at venues across the UK. In 2009, he released his first album “Sin Ningun Temor” to much critical acclaim and has since released singles which have had radio play back home in Santo Domingo and resulted in him making several TV show appearances there during the last few years. The album also saw his nominated for the first GSD Media & Latin American Music Awards in the UK. He is originally from Peru and his passion for the Music and especially for the music he grew up with, “Latin Music” inspired the idea of starting to share, teach and perform his favourite Latin Dance – Bachata and Salsa. His charismatic attitude has been opening doors for him working in all the cities around including Lancaster, Preston, Liverpool, Leeds, Warrington and Darlington but also abroad, working in Colmar an Strasbourg (France). Everybody know him specially because he is the ONLY Latin American in Manchester using Live Percussion Instruments during the classes and he is one of the best teachers around with fresh and innovating ideas. We will have the pleasure to have him teaching these exiting rhythm and we are happy to have him as part of our team. The class will include a Special Intermediate Footwork class!
