El Swing with Tropic Peru live + Yamile's Salsa dance Class + El Swing DJs

May's El Swing features live music from Tropic Peru who were formed in 2018 by Alejandro Reyes, a Peruvian percussionist, who arrived in London in the 90’s and took an interest in salsa dancing, singing and Afro-Cuban percussion. Tropic Peru plays tropical music, including Cuban Son, Afro-Peruvian, Bachata and Cumbia in a Peruvian style at Salsa clubs and festivals around town. Alejandro also plays with Los Domingos who did the business at our El Swing Christmas Party! See you there! Our Colombia-born Salsa teacher, Yamile, gets the hips moving with her all-comers Salsa Dance Class from 7.30, followed by the club night.
