About this Event

Welcome to a new series of Embodied Flow - a weekly online session through which you will gain greater connection to your body, your inner self, and your emotions. Join us every Tuesdays to focus on freeform movement, inner reflection, breathing and intuitive writing. Embodied flow is a 75 minutes online class led by Alexia Perineau, a global dancer and facilitator. This series is conducted over a 4 weeks period to accompany consistent growth and self-reflection through movement and expression. You can choose to book individual classes although we recommend joining the entire series for steady progression. Using specific tools like shaking and free-flow movement, this practice brings your attention inward to allow your truest self to come into expression. The workshop facilitates self-acceptance by allowing your body to go through whatever it needs to go through, in the present moment. This workshop series is ideal for anyone wanting to let go and to reconnect with their inner self. Workshops are open to people of all ages and we encourage those who are unfamiliar with these practices to attend! It’s all about sharing a moment of connection, regardless of prior experience. Pricing: 1 class: £8 (9€) | 1 class (concession & first timers): £5 4 classes: £27 (30€) We don’t want finance to get in the way of you accessing these workshops, so if you genuinely can’t afford the concession price, please send us a message.
