This is for you if you have attended an Embodied Intimacy Intensive, several of our workshops, or have immersed yourself in contexts where you have learned the basics of self-regulation and have an understanding of your nervous system and how to use breath, sound, movement and touch to come back into connection and aliveness through co-regulation. This Advanced workshop is designed for you build on those already established and developed skills and to dive even deeper into the magic of healing and it’s erotic expression of playfulness, life force and creativity. You will not be required to do anything. Everything is an invitation to consider; all activities are optional. Your full consent is the only requirement for your interactions with others. About the Embodied Intimacy experience: Embodied Intimacy is created to address the fact that very few of us have any formal, or conscious, education in relating, intimacy and sexuality. We live in a word that teaches us how to read, write, calculate and solve logical problems. However, we are not taught how to live and love in a ways that fits the shape of our heart and bigness of our souls. Embodied Intimacy asks you to show up and reveal yourself authentically. To take risks and vulnerably let others see you as you are. To hold others in a loving non-judgmental awareness as their mirror. The felt and shared truth of each moment has the potential to set us free by allowing ourselves to be with all that we are. This embodied congruence, authenticity and vulnerability has the power to shave off the dead callus of our defended personality and open us to a more direct experience of of who we are. You will gain trust in your innate authentic ability to live and love in the ways only you can. ❂ About the facilitators ❂ Buster Rådvik, MA Buster Rådvik is a professional dancer & choreographer, teacher, facilitator and somatically-focused psychotherapist. He is the founder of Embodied Intimacy, creator of Embodied Intimacy’s Year-Long Training and a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist in private practice since 2008, specializing in individual, couple and group therapy for trauma and attachment related issues around intimacy, sex and relationships. He is also psychotherapist at Khiron House, a residential trauma clinic in Oxfordshire, England. Buster draws his approach from a journey of over a decade of living in intentional communities, combined with his studies and practices of various body-centered disciplines of awakening. Busters gift lies in his eloquent execution and powerful ability to create a safe space for individuals and groups to fearlessly navigate their emotional bodies as the pathway to liberation. Rachel Rickards Rachel Rickards is a teacher, producer and relationship sorceress. As a producer she’s worked with organizations like the Golden Globe Awards, ALine Media, Mercedes-Benz Fashion week, SoulPlay Festivals, The School of Tribal Tantra and IntimacyFest. In 2014 she co-founded Embodied Intimacy, a thriving community of people interested in building relational intelligence through hands-on relating and experience-based education.
