Embodied Polarity Series - 8 Week Bachata Sensual Course

Embodied Polarity Series is an 8-week in-person course in connection, chemistry, and consciousness through bachata sensual. Over 8 consecutive weeks, you'll learn bachata sensual (a Latin partner dance), while exploring different elements of yourself and your relationships. This is a dance series in an entirely different way. It is where you'll learn to dance in conscious, connected and embodied ways, both learning how to be a beautiful dancer AND how the learnings of dance directly transform you and your relationships. As a man, you'll learn how to feel confident and comfortable in moving and expressing your body, leading a woman with your masculine presence, your ability to create the safety a woman needs to surrender, and enjoy beautiful dances and moments in an intimate, sensual yet non-sexual way. As a woman, you'll learn how to let go of the need to lead or control, soften and surrender, and deepen into your sensuality while learning how to follow with flow and femininity; finding the safety and trust to be led. If you're new to bachata sensual, you'll leave these 8 weeks being genuinely able to lead and follow with confidence, connection and beauty. And if you have previous experience, even if you've got years (yes, we mean years), you'll learn to dance in an entirely new way that is far more connected, present, and embodied than is ever taught in the dance community. He is dedicated to helping individuals embody their true nature, sensuality, and genius. The essence of his work is about guiding heart-led people to find home in their bodies so that surrendered creations can move through every aspect of their lives. His work combines 10 years of experience in Western psychology, dance and movement, energetic-emotional healing, and archetypal practices. He has given a TEDx Talk on the dynamics of feminine and masculine, and has been featured multiple times in the Huffington Post for his work on authenticity and living from the heart. Madalyn Milazzo is the founder of Women's Work Australia, where she is a stand for women's healing, wholeness, and empowerment through dance therapy and breathwork. She is an international touring Latin artist, and one of Australia’s most mesmerizing, sensual, and powerful dancers, known for her soulfulness and incomparable strength and beauty. Her work pulls from a unique mixture of modalities to help women release past blockages so that they can find freedom, embodiment, and courageous expression in who they are today.
