About this Event

EMBODIED RELATING: A weekend immersion in embodied intimacy, attunement, and the dance of relating Amsterdam | June 28-29, 2025 | 9:30–17:30 with Rachel Rickards What happens when we slow down enough to feel each other? What if devotion wasn’t something you did— but something you became, together? This weekend workshop is an experiential journey into the heart of Embodied Relating. A living, breathing, somatic practice of intimacy, awareness, movement, and soul-level connection. Drawing from the roots of Embodied Intimacy and The Field, this new space is for those who long to be more fully met: in their bodies, their truth, and their relationships. Whether you’re single, partnered, or exploring the mystery of connection, you’re welcome here. This is a space to move, play, rest, feel, and remember. To be seen, held, and surprised. To rediscover the intelligence of your body and the beauty of being in relationship- moment by moment. This weekend is for you if you’re longing to: ໑ Soften the armoring that keeps you separate and practice relational presence ໑ Explore intimacy as a devotion to self, other, and the living field between ໑ Reclaim your body as a wise, feeling instrument of truth ໑ Move from “doing” intimacy to being intimate ໑ Re-pattern your nervous system through somatic awareness, attunement, and conscious touch ໑ Dance with polarity, complementarity, and creative relational dynamics ໑ Practice sovereignty, self-attunement, and embodied expression in a field of care ໑ Engage in shadow integration and discover the love inside your edges What to Expect This is a curated relational field and a playful and laboratory for exploring connection. Together, we’ll weave guided somatic practices, emergent group fieldwork, touch- and movement-based exercises, and devotional dance into a living experience of intimacy and attunement. Expect moments of… ໑ Devotional movement and dance to awaken soul and sensuality Relational attunement practices to fine-tune presence with self and others ໑ Trauma-informed intimacy explorations that bring clarity, boundaries, and tenderness ໑ Partnered and group exercises that stretch you into vulnerability, truth, and connection ໑ Polarity play that activates attraction, contrast, and relational agility ໑ Emergent group process guided by the wisdom of the field ໑ Stillness, breath, and deep listening as doorways into embodied intimacy Embodied Relating is not about fixing or finding. It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we meet from the body, from the moment, and from the willingness to be truly seen and felt. Whether you’re a seeker, facilitator, practitioner, or someone longing for more truth in your relationships, this weekend will offer deep nourishment and practical tools to carry into every area of your life.
