This workshop series offers you a profound and liberating inner journey through a combination of somatic movement practices, vocal opening, sensory sensitization (blindfolding), dance and playful wonder. From deep stillness to full body celebrating; ‘Embodiment Alchemy’ invites you to expand the palette of color from which you paint your life. Each session will include movement and sound as well as specific practices connected to each week’s theme. You are welcome to come to all sessions, but it is not required. Elisa is in love with being alive and has formed the work of Embodiment Alchemy to share this love. A musician, yogini, ecstatic mover, modern mystic and passionate student of transformation. Elisa weaves presence towards what is arising in the moment with her tools to transmit the bliss of being and connect with the creativity of our essence. Born in Ojai CA and raised in an intentional community; she has delved deeply in the ways of council, silent meditation retreats, group dynamics, long forays into the wilderness and shamanic initiations. Elisa is a certified “Big Leap Coach” by The Hendricks Institute and a graduate from their 2 year Leadership & Transformation Mastery Program. She is a certified Chakra Yoga Teacher and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. Her passion for knowing herself at her core and exploring the Great Mystery has led her to many teachers including Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks, Adyashanti, Sahajananda, Kiran Trace, Kun Tanat (vipassana), Deepak Chopra and various 5 Rhythms facilitators. In 2018, Elisa traveled from Bali to Bulgaria to facilitate Embodiment Alchemy and play her music. It is her highest joy to share this work with the World.
