WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-flowing and non-judgmental space where music and movement merge to unlock creativity, release emotions, and connect with yourself and others. There are no steps to follow, just let your body respond to the rhythm and explore the freedom of self-expression. It’s a celebration of presence, community, and pure joy. Join us for an uplifting and transformative journey through the power of dance.

DANCE TEMPLE GUIDELINES (PLEASE READ)ARRIVAL & FLOW:
Arrive on time so we can begin together. We open and close in silence—enter quietly, settle in, and sync with the space.
CONSENT & CONNECTION:
If you’d like to dance with someone, check in with eye contact and body language. If either of you wishes to step away, a simple bow with hands in prayer is a respectful way to close the connection.
NO TALKING ON THE DANCE FLOOR:
Silence helps everyone immerse in the experience. If you need to chat, please step outside or into the foyer.
KIDS:
Parents, please keep your children within arm’s reach and help them respect quiet moments, especially at the beginning and end.
PHYSICAL & ENERGETIC BOUNDARIES:
Respect personal space. Be mindful of how your energy interacts with others—if you find yourself observing others too much, gently bring your focus back to your own movement.
CELL PHONES & DISTRACTIONS:
Keep phones off the dance floor. If you must use them, step into the foyer.
MOVEMENT & COMFORT:
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and be ready to sweat! If you sweat a lot, bring a towel and clean up as needed.
SCENTS & SOUNDS:
Please avoid strong scents, and be mindful of loud vocal expressions—express yourself, but respect the collective space.
FOOTWEAR:
Dance barefoot or wear indoor shoes only.
IN CLOSING:
Arrive early or on time to begin together.
Take care of yourself and others.
Move, breathe, and let the music guide you.
