Yohm began the journey as a DJ in the year 2000 playing vinyl reggae, funk and hip-hop records. Over the years his sound has evolved into a fusion of world-influenced tribal beats with thick bass drops. Known for playing remixes of classic tunes, with an ability to adapt his sound to fit most dance floors. Yohm has rocked sets at west coast festivals such as Enchanted Forest, Lucidity, Symbiosis, Worldfest, and Stilldream. He specializes in Ecstatic Dance journey sets and has played Ecstatic Dances in Oakland, Salt Lake City, Nevada City, Reno, and Fairfax. Yohm has opened for Desert Dwellers, Kalya Scintilla, Bluetech, Phaeleh, Charles the First, Deya Dova and many more. Yohm focuses on clean mixing, composing a journey through different genres, giving the listener a journey that inspires an effortless movement to release limitations. The inspiration of his creative path of music is to spreading healing through sonic frequencies holding the intention to invoke liberation with the sound that awakens the soul into dance, joy, and connection.
