Embodying Ecstasy: ​ ​Exploring Eros as Ecstatic Life Force Energy an immersive retreat experience at Breitenbush Hot Springs Come spend a weekend off-grid with us, learning, playing, dancing, and transforming. Soak in natural hot springs among the trees and under the stars, let the sounds of the river sing you to sleep, share nourishing meals, and enjoy a digital detox away from the noise of everyday life while we learn to explore, expand, and embody Eros as ecstatic life force energy. Orgasmic Breath Magic, The Erotic Blueprints™️, DanceEros™️, and ecstatic dance will be some of our core elements. Utilizing these somatic frameworks and energy movement practices, we will learn how to cultivate energetic, erotic, and somatic sovereignty. We will also practice channeling our ecstatic energy to nourish our whole selves, transmute suffering into ecstasy, and enhance pleasure, embodiment, and community thriving. Led by facilitators with a decade or more of experience in their respective crafts, participants can expect to experience progress from burnout or disconnection toward vitality, deep relaxation, authentic expression, and a renewed sense of pleasure and connection. In addition to the sessions on our schedule, you’ll have full access to all the amazing magic that Breitenbush has to offer. Between several types of hot springs pools, cold plunges, personal soaking tubs, river access, a sauna, the labyrinth, amazing meals, and so much more, you may even want to stay an extra day or two to experience it all! *Bonus programming - Avery Deane, accompanied by musician Luke Rain, will be offering harmonic sound baths Thursday and Sunday evenings as part of Breitenbush’s Daily Well Being program, open to all Breitenbush guests.
