EMBRACE - Every other Thursday night EST Honor, allow and embrace ALL of your feelings on this movement journey. We are navigating a quickly shifting landscape that requires strength, acceptance and a deep letting go. Drop in to your vulnerability and feel the embrace of our community dancing with you. Feeling is healing! Emotional release is the nectar of expressive dance, returning us to state of grounded balance, lightness and clarity. Tara Ma will begin the dance with a 30 minute set followed by a short opening circle. Then special guest, vocalist and live looper CORNFLOWER will grace us with his live performance. Closing circle and share time at the end.
