Lets raise the vibes together for the Winter Solstice with this fun evening of medicine, movement, music and magic ❄️🌞🌘🔥 We will be sharing a cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance journey and sound healing experience. The cacao, dance & sound combined offer a potent portal for rapid transformation and deep connection. An invitation to explore, express & expand .. to come into balance within 🌿⚖️ Come as you are (your perfect self) and leave as an even better version of you. ~ ~ ♥️ ~ ~ CACAO We will gather in circle sharing ceremonial grade cacao, giving ourselves the opportunity to enter into the stillness and wisdom of our being. A space for cultivating deeper self-awareness, expand your intuitive flow and align your actions with your intentions. ~ ~ ♥️ ~ ~ ECSTATIC DANCE A conscious movement practice that invites people to unwind and open to inner wisdom and medicine that our bodies carry. Dance, Music, Breath and Cacao Medicine are the core of these ceremonies catalysing ecstatic states, where conscious mind limitations dissolve, opening the doors to the vast subconscious intelligence. It is an opportunity to connect deeply with self and others in fun ways words cannot express. A gracious experience to meet yourself as you are and open a space where you can see beyond who you think you are. This dance journey is a live dj set by Jay with his project Enquire Within who will take us deep with a delicious high vibe fusion of world music inspired funky bass music and groovy/melodic tribal house. The bowls frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improved circulation, increased blood flow, reduced: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra to clear energy channels for full body healing.
