What is Ecstatic Dance? Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice where music becomes the guide, and the body moves intuitively. The Dance Journey – A carefully curated musical set takes you on a wave of energy, starting slow, building to high-intensity rhythms, and gradually softening into deep stillness.
