It’s somewhere at the intersection of dance, touch, flow, nervous system regulation, meditation, affection, presence, nourishment, connection, contact improvisation, zouk, mindfulness, play, and the art of creating “omg this is my favorite dance ever” moments reliably. I want people to leave feeling more alive, more at home being in their full selves, and more connected to each other. Dance is the medium. Cheehee it’s a connection practice disguised as a dance class. I'll be teaching some "moves" dished with a huge helping of enchantment. Make sure you use your powers for good.
